Here's a travel tip for you. This was posted in a travel group I'm in. When booking your return flight from a cruise, make sure you book it for noon at the earliest. This person changed their flight because there's no way they would make that flight

When you travel for a cruise, we highly recommend that you fly in the day before the cruise. The reason is that you don't want to take a chance on flights being delayed (or missed) causing you to miss the cruise.

The first Travel tip of the year. This is quite fitting since we just got off a cruise. Don't wait until you are leaving the ship to check your account balance. Check it while you're on the ship. It's a lot easier to resolve mistakes on your bill while on the cruise.
