Admiring cormorants involves solving a puzzle 🔎males and females look nearly identical, so that’s no help...then you might be left wondering whether it’s Double-crested or Neotropic? and to keep things interesting, is it a juvenile or an adult!? ☀️ the sleek light brown feathers indicate it's a juvenile (as an adult they'll turn glossy black) and I'm going to guess this is a female Neotropic Cormorant based on it's tail-feathers and size.
