Walkin' on Sunshine Cabin in Smoky Mountains

I am currently assisting a wonderful and reliable family who is seeking refuge from the hurricanes. Our cabin is currently booked. They are looking to book a cabin from October 8th through the 12th in the Sevierville, Gatlinburg, or Pigeon Forge areas. They are flexible on the exact location within these areas and are willing to pay $1800 for their stay.

Would you have availability during that time or know of any other cabin owners who might be able to accommodate them?

We just had a last minute cancellation from July 8th-12th due to medical concerns.

Rec room (pool table, games, arcade game, set up with over 3000 games) pool, hot tub 250 a night sleeps 13 people three bastard bedrooms for full bathrooms. One heck of a view!

The view is incredible. A ton and nothing but relaxing things to do. National parks are incredible! We are in "Grandview" resorts. Pool (splash pad) and zip lines are within walking distance...all the main attractions are 15 minutes from so much more .... four full bathrooms and hot tub🫶🏽

A ton of privacy between each level of the house. He won't know each guest is there.

I learn a cost saving trick and wanted to pass this along.... if you go to the "island" and at the visitor station and/or ticket booth, you can talk with a third-party person who sells tickets for various places, such as the "aquarium or Ripleys believe it or not", for a fraction of the cost. The discounted prices have to do with less busy times and offering incentives for purchase of tickets sales. Give it a try! We negotiated a family of six to get in for $40 for everybody! Tickets are usually between 35 and 45 a person!
