Students are learning how to create glaze transfers onto bisqueware. They had to free draw a picture and then trace over their drawings with ceramic glazes and let them dry. Then we did light glaze washes onto plates and transferred over their image.

This was a big learning curve, but they are having fun.

Back to teaching my after school cooking class. Some days I feel like I’m done teaching this class, but then I get feed back from both parents and students about how much they have enjoyed the cooking with me and that they have retained so much of all the things I teach.
