Subject: Caribbean Poker Series 2025 – Hotel Availability and Rates
Dear All,
Thank you for your interest in The Caribbean Poker Series 2025. Below are the details regarding the available hotel rooms. Additionally, we have upgraded rooms available should you prefer them. I will also be providing rates for The Courtyard by Marriott and Wyndham, both of which are located across from the beach, approximately a 5-8 minute walk from the event.
Please note that the resort fee, which was previously included in the tax and fee portion, is now a flat rate of $69+ per night. The resort fee percentage on the room rate has been eliminated. Taxes are applied at 12.5%+, and the nightly environmental fee remains at $3.00.
Room Rates
We have contracted rates for both the Project View and Garden View rooms, but availability is limited, so early booking is highly recommended.

Upgraded Rooms
Upgraded rooms are available at a 25% discount off the rack rate, as per the hotel’s revenue department. Prices for these rooms may increase quarterly or with higher demand. To secure the best pricing, I recommend contacting me as soon as possible. Available upgrades include Partial Ocean View, Ocean View, Aruba Tower, and Palm Beach Club. As availability changes, please reach out, and I will provide you with the most current pricing and availability.
Reservation Process
Every reservation must be re-confirmed with a flight itinerary once your flight is booked. The sooner you reserve, the more availability there will be. I suggest booking for your preferred dates now and adjusting later if necessary. When your flight is booked, please email me your itinerary and inform me of any date changes.
If you'd like to reserve a room, I am available for assistance via WhatsApp. To book, please provide your full name (as it appears on your credit card), your complete address, credit card number, and expiration date. A one-night charge will be applied to hold your room, which must be canceled 7 days prior to arrival.
