The Hideout is a 4-seasons community offering a ski slope and tubing hill, 5 lakes, golf course, beach, pool, recreation center, arts and crafts, private restaurants and bar, clubhouse, fitness center, playgrounds, and more, all within this private community. Relax at the property while enjoying the great outdoors on your private deck, providing a barbeque, dining table, and outdoor fireplace, or relax down by the firepit! Inside, spread out and unwind between 3 levels of living space with all the modern comforts. The ground level is mostly above grade and includes a bedroom, family room, and a full bath. With a pool table, dart board, and dry bar, the family room doubles as a game room - the perfect spot to end your night! The second level includes a living room, wood fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, the master bedroom and bath, and a half bath. On the third floor you'll find three bedrooms, a full bath, and a laundry room. The Master Bedroom and Family Room each include a Smart TV with many streaming accounts included (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Disney Plus, HBO, Showtime). - The Hideout allows a maximum occupancy of 14 overnight occupants and an additional 10 day guests including children for this property. Any violation of the maximum occupancy will result in a hefty post-stay fee.
- NOTE: Your safety matters. There are external security cameras facing the front and back yards. These do not look into any interior space.
- NOTE: Guests must provide the homeowner with the names, addresses, license plate numbers of guests prior to arrival. All occupants, guests, and vehicles must be registered with the Hideout POA office at least 48 hours in advance.
- Reservation requires short term rental agreement, which will be supplied after booking request is made. Occupants and guests are responsible for abiding by all terms of the short term rental agreement, including the Hideout's rules and regulations.
