Hey everyone,

Just a heads up, our office will be closed tomorrow afternoon for my Grandpa Ronnie Dobbert's funeral, even though I know he'd tell me not to worry and "just get your work done". Grandpa Ronnie was a huge part of my life and this business. He always believed in me and with his support and knowledge, helped guide me to grow the company into what it is today.

Grandpa Ronnie had a heart of gold, would always be there to help anyone in need, and thrived on everyone else's success. He was a rock of support for me. Every day, I strive to uphold his values and legacy in my business, and ensure we serve our customers and team with that same spirit.

"I was given a project to upgrade our facility lighting from old, dim, fluorescent bulbs to energy efficient LED fixtures.

I spoke with many different lighting companies, some overcharged and some were going to provide a product that were not going to save us any energy over the existing fluorescent fixtures we currently had.

I found Dobbert Sign & Lighting here on Google and got in touch with Nick. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products that are out there. I found out that one of the leading bidders for our project was providing a sub-par product and did not stand behind what he was selling. Nick on the other hand, provided us with a full ROI and stood behind his product with an extended labor warranty on top of the manufacturers warranty, no other lighting company would offer me either a ROI or an extended labor warranty.

The new LED lighting fixtures have made a huge improvement in the overall look and feel of our warehouse, employees and any visitors have made numerous comments on how much of a difference they have made. Our warehouse is literally twice as bright as it was before and the quality of light is amazing, going from a "yellowish" light to high quality white light.

Overall, the work was completed quickly and cleanly so there were no affects to our process flow. 🏈 New Signage: Honoring Coach Alex Hilber's Legacy 🏈

We're proud to celebrate the legacy of Coach Alex Hilber with the installation of the Alex Hilber Center sign at Mayville High School's weight training facility. Coach Hilber's impact on Mayville football and player development is remarkable, and this sign serves as a lasting tribute to his passion, dedication, and influence.

Coach Alex Hilber's career record of 224-45 (.833) is one of the highest winning percentages among football coaches in Wisconsin history, earning him a place in the National Coaches and Wisconsin Football Coaches Halls of Fame. Upon his arrival at Mayville HS in 1985, he accelerated player development by implementing the school's first weight room. The weight room evolved from humble beginnings in Coach Hilber's classroom to a designated space in the third locker room, and finally to the stage of the gymnasium. Now, his legacy culminates in the Alex Hilber Center, a state-of-the-art facility inspired by his dedication to the athletes and the sport he loved.

Using state-of-the-art LED channel letters, we've illuminated the Alex Hilber Center sign to ensure it shines brightly day and night, serving as a beacon of Coach Hilber's legacy and the impact he had on Mayville High School and the community.
