It's check-in day for the "H" family and it has been absolutely wonderful planning their first Disney World vacation. They surprised their girls on Christmas morning with a trip countdown and vacation accessories.

They chose the Yacht Club for the convenience to Epcot and Hollywood Studios which make up 2 of their 3 park days.

Happy New Year!

What a fantastic year of travel in 2024! As I wrap up on my 7th year in business and enter into year 8, I can't help but appreciate and thank all the family's who have entrusted me with helping make magical memories. Leaving my corporate job and focusing on this full time was scary but every day is a joy because of you all.

This year, I helped 77 unique families travel in 2024 and have 60 more family's already with trips planned in 2025.

Looking ahead to 2025 and the vacations my family has planned, there’s a reason I’m fully embracing my cruising era.

Why do I love cruises? Simple: they eliminate decision fatigue.

What are we doing today? What’s next? I’m bored. What’s for dinner? Can I have ice cream? When are we swimming? Can I play a game?

All those questions disappear the moment I step onboard. From activities to dining, everything is planned, and I don’t have to make a single decision until I’m back on solid ground.

Merry Christmas and happy check-in day for the "L" family. They are spending a few days at Caribbean Beach which is my favorite moderate resort for so many reasons. A fantastic pool, food court and restaurant combined with the Skyliner transportation to whisk you off to Epcot and Hollywood Studios is the perfect dynamic for a successful Walt Disney World vacation.

It's Check-In Day for the "B" family. They are set to spend their Christmas holiday at the Bay Lake Tower at Contemporary Resort. A goal was to be near Magic Kingdom and have the ease of the monorail making this resort a perfect spot for a holiday vacation.

Yesterday, Disney Cruise Line announced a promotion where if a person in the stateroom has Disney+ streaming service, they could qualify to get 50% off the 3rd and 4th child in the stateroom.

I proactively worked through all my reservations that were previously booked. I had 12 sailings during the travel window that could potentially qualify. I am happy to report back that I was able to save all 12 staterooms significant amount of money. A total savings of $6,995 for my clients with an average refund of $582. That's right ... many of these clients were already paid in full and Disney is sending their money back!

Another example of why working with a travel agent helps you in the long run. :)

Day 4 of the Inaugural Hallmark Channel Christmas Cruise is in the books. It was a relaxing day at sea where I relaxed, read my book, decorated Christmas cookies, participated in the Hallmark Channel wine tasting, and capped it off with a ball. Tomorrow I head home but it’s been a fun week!

18 months ago, I entered a lottery system in hopes of being selected to join the Inaugural Hallmark Channel Christmas Cruise. Fortunately I was selected and my friend Alicia and I sail on the Norwegian Gem with 12 Hallmark stars where we will participate in all the cheesy goodness that comes with Hallmark Channel movies.

Follow along in my stories as I enjoy the newly renovated Norwegian Gem. What a great way to kick off the holiday season!
