I have clients at a Sandals property. They've been to Sandals many times.
Here is a partial review sent to me.

The resort is beautiful and the staff has been very friendly. As you walk around, the staff will greet you with a smile and hello.
• The room looks exactly as advertised and we are the end unit (we had coffee on the balcony this morning).
• And a bottle of champagne for my birthday (we plan on enjoying that later).

We have enjoyed our short stay at Riu Palace Kukulkan. I highly recommend booking the Elite Club while staying here…it comes with welcome bottle of wine, in-room aromatherapy, Premium liquors, fully stocked mini-bar with snacks, private pool access, designated beach area, private dining lounge, and upgraded bedding! 🤩
