Sleepy Bears Den LLC Tranquil and secluded property perfect for the enjoyment of the entire family is located 3,400 feet above sea level in the beautiful Smoky Mountains.

Our tranquil and secluded property carefully prepared for the enjoyment of the entire family is located 3,400 feet above sea level in the beautiful Smoky Mountain. It has four comfortable bedrooms with one dedicated for children and young adults. As you drive in to our long paved driveway you will feel as you are entering the perfect getaway. The property is set by a creek. As you enter this vaca

tion retreat you will find a great room with ample living space, a large formal dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. On this same level you will discover a master bedroom with full bath, the guess bedroom with its own bathroom and a laundry area with a full size washer/dryer. The main level deck runs the entire length of the house with rockers, table, chairs and a swing to enjoy the fantastic mountain view and the calming running water sounds from our creek bellow.

Downstairs you will find a bedroom with two bunk beds that sleep four and contains a full bathroom, a bumper pool table and board games. On the left hand side of the stairs there is a king guest bedroom with TV and outdoor access to downstairs deck.
