Happy Monday!
this weekend, I went to eat at Sanaa, which is located at Animal Kingdom Lodge - Kidani Village. They have new desserts on the menu, and we tried this Giraffe Tower Mousse! 🦒 it is banana cake 🍌 with peanut butter mousse, banana mousse, and caramel with peanut brittle crunch 🥜 we LOVED it!

We’ve been doing a lot of family trips to Epcot lately - because contrary to popular belief, we find that there’s a lot to do for little kids at this park! We love the aquarium, the playgrounds, the water areas, and how there’s a lot of rides with no height restrictions!

Disney cruise itineraries for summer 2025 are opening up for bookings this week, and I’m hoping to secure a spot for the end of next summer on a ship that takes us to the newest island 🏝️

This happy day was over a year ago - the twins were still too little for the triple stroller, so this is what worked for all of us to go! Now we have a lot less stuff to bring, but still have to pack well for our three littles 😅
