Last night, on behalf of Laura Plantation, Dr. Randall Schexnayder (SJH class of 1975) presented Alaya Washington and Logan Oubre with a stipend of $1,000 each as they continue their education in college.

The entire staff at Laura Plantation congratulates each and every person in 2022 graduating class St. James High School. We applaud their hard work and achievements & send them our best wishes as they enter a very challenging world.

We stand ready to do the same next year and in the future, not only for anyone going on to college but equally for any graduate planning to attend trade school or vocational training.
