14 oz bag of your favorite @worldofpastabilities Fun Pasta or (2) 8 oz boxes of our Better-for-You Pasta
4 tbsp butter
1 tbsp flour
6-8 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp tomato paste
2/3 cup chicken broth or dry white wine
2 cups whipping cream
2/3 cup sundried tomatoes, julienned
2 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp kosher salt
½ tsp red pepper flakes
½ tsp black pepper
4 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
4 cups fresh spinach leaves
2/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated, plus more for serving
Fresh basil, torn or chopped
Cook pasta according to package directions, saving ½-1 cup of pasta water, then drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside.
Add butter to a large skillet over medium heat. Once melted, sprinkle in the flour and cook for about one minute, stirring often. Add the garlic, tomato paste, and broth or wine. Stir until combined. Whisk in the whipping cream and stir for a few minutes. Add the sun-dried tomatoes, chicken, oregano, salt, red pepper flakes, and pepper, and stir and cook for a few minutes, until the sauce begins to thicken. Add the fresh spinach and combine. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and fresh basil and take the skillet off the heat. Adjust seasonings as desired.
Add the pasta to the skillet and gently toss until combined. If needing to thin out the dish, add a few tablespoons of pasta water at a time to the skillet until desired consistency. Serve immediately and garnish with more Parmesan and fresh basil!

Pasta Salad:
1 package @worldofpastabilities pasta
2 medium zucchinis, chopped
1 cup celery, sliced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
½ cup red onion, finely chopped
½ cup red bell pepper, diced
¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
½ cup crumbled feta cheese
Dressing:
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp honey or maple syrup
Salt and pepper, to taste
Preheat your oven to 400°F. Toss zucchini with a drizzle of olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 15-20 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and tender.
While the zucchini roasts, prepare the pasta: bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a small bowl or jar, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, honey, salt, and pepper until well combined.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, roasted zucchini, celery, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and bell pepper. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until everything is well coated. Add parsley and feta cheese. Gently toss again.
Serve warm, or cover and refrigerate, then serve chilled! Enjoy alongside your favorite protein.

❄️ Cold nights have met their match!! 🍝 This Sundried Tomato Pasta is the ultimate winter warmer, made with creamy half-and-half, toasted pine nuts, and tangy sundried tomatoes for a dish that’s just as cozy as it is delicious. 🥰 Get the recipe here! ⬇️
1 package @worldofpastabilities Snowman Pasta ☃️
1/4 cup pine nuts
1/2 medium sweet onion, finely chopped
1 large garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup half-and-half
4 oz jar sundried tomatoes in olive oil, drained and sliced
Grated mozzarella or parmesan cheese, to garnish
Salt & pepper, to taste
Preheat your oven to 350°F. Toast the pine nuts on a baking sheet for 3-6 minutes until golden. Set aside.
In a large pot, saute the onion and garlic with the olive oil for 2-3 minutes over medium heat. Add in the half-and-half, salt and pepper to taste. Stir and cook over medium-low heat until just hot (not bubbling). Turn the heat to the lowest setting to keep warm.
Boil the pasta according to the instructions on our package. When al-dente, reserve 1/4 cup pasta water, then drain.
Add the cooked pasta, toasted pine nuts, sliced sun-dried tomatoes, and a handful of parmesan to the cream mixture. Add a splash of the reserved pasta water and stir until combined. Serve hot, with more cheese to garnish, and enjoy! ✨

Mmmm… @worldofpastabilities Organic Pasta + Cheese with a delicious, savory pumpkin twist! 🍂✨ Bring some seasonal flair to your #macncheese dinner and make this elevated comfort food dish ⬇️
1 box Pastabilities Organic Pasta + Cheese
2 tbsp butter
¼ cup milk
2 tbsp fresh sage, chopped
½ cup pumpkin puree
½ tsp nutmeg
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 cup panko or breadcrumbs
1 cup white cheddar, shredded
Prepare the pasta according to the instructions on our package. Drain the pasta in a colander (do not rinse!) and set aside.
While the pot is warm, add the butter, milk, sage, pumpkin puree, nutmeg and garlic, stirring to combine. Gradually add the cheese mix, continuing to stir until the sauce is smooth.
Add the cooked pasta back into the pot and gently stir the sauce and pasta to coat.
To serve: add the prepared mac n cheese to a ramekin and top each with ~¼ cup panko and ~¼ cup cheddar. Place your dish(es) under the broiler and cook for 3-5 minutes, or until the top is golden brown (keep an eye while broiling to prevent burning).
Remove the dish(es) from the broiler and let it cool for a few minutes before enjoying! Serves 4.
