Mmmm… @worldofpastabilities Organic Pasta + Cheese with a delicious, savory pumpkin twist! 🍂✨ Bring some seasonal flair to your #macncheese dinner and make this elevated comfort food dish ⬇️
1 box Pastabilities Organic Pasta + Cheese
2 tbsp butter
¼ cup milk
2 tbsp fresh sage, chopped
½ cup pumpkin puree
½ tsp nutmeg
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 cup panko or breadcrumbs
1 cup white cheddar, shredded
Prepare the pasta according to the instructions on our package. Drain the pasta in a colander (do not rinse!) and set aside.
While the pot is warm, add the butter, milk, sage, pumpkin puree, nutmeg and garlic, stirring to combine. Gradually add the cheese mix, continuing to stir until the sauce is smooth.
Add the cooked pasta back into the pot and gently stir the sauce and pasta to coat.
To serve: add the prepared mac n cheese to a ramekin and top each with ~¼ cup panko and ~¼ cup cheddar. Place your dish(es) under the broiler and cook for 3-5 minutes, or until the top is golden brown (keep an eye while broiling to prevent burning).
Remove the dish(es) from the broiler and let it cool for a few minutes before enjoying! Serves 4.

1 box @worldofpastabilities Penne (Lower Cal or High Protein)
1 ear corn, grilled & cut off the cob
12 mini sweet peppers, grilled & chopped (can sub 3 bell peppers)
1 zucchini, grilled & chopped
1 eggplant, grilled & chopped
handful of fresh basil, sliced
1/4 cup parmesan, grated
1/4 cup pine nuts
1/4 cup olive oil
1 lemon, juiced
salt & pepper
Prepare the Pastabilities Penne according to the instructions on our package. Drain and transfer to a large serving bowl. Add the chopped vegetables, basil, parmesan, pine nuts, olive oil, lemon, salt & pepper and toss to combine. Serve at room temperature or slightly chilled alongside your favorite BBQ proteins & sides!

1 package @worldofpastabilities Let’s Go Crabin’ pasta (or any shape alternative)
1/2 red onion, chopped
1 cup carrots, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
2 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
1 lb. crab meat (cooked)
2/3 cup mayo
2 tbsp olive oil
salt & pepper
Prepare the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Add to a serving bowl and add the red onion, carrots, celery, red pepper, parsley, chives, crab, mayo, olive oil, salt and pepper and stir to mix. Enjoy room temperature or chilled! Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator — it makes a delicious next day lunch!
