A question I always get about Sandals is "Is the food any good?" - Let me just say, I don't have a lot of food pictures because it was so good I would totally forget to take any before I dug in!

The big stand out for me was Yaku - the Peruvian restaurant at Beaches Negril. Everything was served family style, so it was a lot of fun to order a bunch and try all the different dishes, especially with things we weren't as familiar with. I love that they also had (really good) Mac and Cheese and other "simple" dishes there so the whole family could enjoy dinner together!

I absolutely fell in love with Sandals South Coast! The colors, the hospitality, the gorgeous beach, the amazing rooms! It was my first time here and I can't wait to get back!

Yesterday I had the privilege of attending the conference in Montego Bay - and it was absolutely incredible!

We got to hear from amazing speakers including the Prime Minister of Jamaica who has an incredible vision to make Jamaica Safe, Secure, and Seamless for travelers to this beautiful island and has already started policies and projects to make it happen.

We also got to hear from Adam Stewart, the Executive Chairman of Sandals who talked to us about Sandals history, the impact they have here in Jamaica, and his ideas for the future of not just Sandals, but for Jamaica itself.

The biggest thing that stood out for me though was the immense pride that the Jamaicans in the room have for their home. Their excitement and energy was infectious! I truly felt the philosophy first-hand.

I would love to help you explore this beautiful island and experience the welcoming warmth of the people here!

Today we went on a Reading Road Trip with the Sandals Foundation and visited a local elementary school. We dropped off school supplies we had brought to donate through the Pack for a Purpose program and spent some time reading and coloring with the kids. I got to spend time in one of the Special Education classes and the kids were very sweet and the teachers were all so caring!
