Our afternoon with three geishas in Kagurazaka, one of Tokyo’s most historic geisha districts, was a rare and extraordinary privilege. 🌸 As a hub of geisha culture since the Edo period, Kagurazaka’s cobblestone streets and timeless charm set the stage for this unforgettable experience.

Meeting and being entertained by geishas is a unique honor, especially for foreigners and first-timers, as access to this exclusive world is traditionally reserved for established patrons. Thanks to our valued contacts in Tokyo, we were given special access to this intimate encounter.

Dressed in stunning kimonos, the geishas mesmerized us with their elegant dances and melodic performances 🎶💃, embodying centuries of cultural artistry. They invited us to join in traditional games, where laughter flowed as freely as the sake 🍶🎲.

Their openness in sharing personal stories and the history of their craft made the experience even more meaningful. Being welcomed into this private world left us with profound gratitude and a deep appreciation for the beauty and legacy of geisha culture. ✨👘

Hakone, Japan: A Perfect Blend of Luxury and Nature

Our stay in Hakone was unforgettable, beginning with the serene elegance of Gora Kadan Ryokan 🏯, a former Imperial retreat. Between the private onsen ♨️ and exquisite kaiseki meals 🍱, every moment felt like a retreat into timeless Japanese hospitality.

Exploring the Hakone Open-Air Museum 🎨 was a highlight, where modern sculptures harmonized with the stunning mountain backdrop 🏞️. The Picasso Pavilion, filled with his lesser-known works, was a delightful surprise.

Taking the Hakone Ropeway 🚡 over Owakudani Volcanic Valley 🌋 was a thrilling experience, with its steaming sulfur vents and famous black eggs 🥚. But the real magic was the view of Mount Fuji 🗻, standing tall and majestic against the horizon—a moment that truly took our breath away.

Hakone gave us everything: art, nature, and tranquil luxury. It’s a destination we’ll treasure forever. 💖

We are dazzled by this city’s seamless blend of tradition and modernity. Every moment here feels like stepping into a different world. 🏙️✨

We began in Asakusa, home to the iconic Senso-ji Temple. Wandering through the bustling Nakamise shopping street filled with colorful stalls was like stepping back in time. 🛕🍡

For dining, Ten-Masa delivered an unforgettable tempura experience. Each piece was delicately fried to perfection, and the flavors were nothing short of exquisite. Later, at Matsukan, we indulged in some of the finest sushi I’ve ever tasted - every bite was a celebration of Tokyo’s culinary mastery. 🍣💫

Strolling through Omotesando, with its tree-lined streets and sleek architecture, felt like walking through a fashion-forward dream. Thanks to renowned avant-garde designers such as Rei Kawakubo, Issey Miyake and Yohji Yamamoto, Japanese fashion has a reputation for being radical and extreme. The boutique shops were irresistible making it the perfect spot to soak in Tokyo’s chic side. 🛍️☕

Bali, the Island of the Gods, is known for its vibrant culture, stunning landscapes, and the artistry of its traditional performances. Thanks to our gracious host, we experienced an unforgettable Balinese dance and fire show right at our villa. 🌴 🔥✨

The evening unfolded with traditional dancers adorned in vivid, ornate costumes and striking, dramatic makeup. Every gesture was fascinating right down to the precise movements of their fingertips and the eloquent expressions of their eyes. We were literally transported into the heart of Bali’s rich cultural heritage.

The highlight was the fire dance which created a mesmerizing atmosphere. 🌟 🔥The performance was a stunning glimpse into Bali’s artistry and spirituality. A truly magical experience we’ll never forget. 🙌🌺

🦃 A Sacred Thanksgiving in Bali: Gratitude and Renewal 🌺

This Thanksgiving, we have so much to be grateful for — especially the chance to immerse ourselves in one of Bali’s most beautiful traditions: a Melukat purification ceremony. 💦

In the peaceful surroundings of our villa, a local priest (Pemangku) led us through this sacred ritual, using blessed water, prayers, and offerings to cleanse the mind, body, and soul. It was a deeply moving experience, symbolizing the release of old energy and the welcoming of new beginnings.

As we reflected on gratitude and renewal, this ceremony felt like the perfect way to honor not just this day of thanks, but also the transformative journey ahead. With Pluto’s entry into Aquarius signaling shifts in health, work, and daily life, the timing couldn’t have been more meaningful. 🙏

Bali’s spiritual energy has a way of touching your heart and reminding you of life’s deeper connections. This Thanksgiving, we’re especially grateful for the opportunity to experience this beautiful ritual and for all the love, growth, and adventure this year has brought. 💕

Uluwatu is a place where Bali’s raw beauty truly shines. 🌊 From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by its stunning cliffs, pristine beaches, and the vibrant energy of the surf culture. Watching surfers ride the legendary waves at Uluwatu Beach was mesmerizing - pure skill and grace on display. 🏄‍♂️Tomorrow, we’re diving into the ultimate experience with a surf lesson - can’t wait to ride those legendary waves! 🏄‍♀️🌊

In Seminyak, lively streets are lined with eclectic boutiques, vibrant restaurants serving flavorful local and international dishes, and beach clubs that come alive at sunset 🌊✨. Waking up to the scent of frangipani, enjoying a morning workout or yoga session, and ending each day with a relaxing massage — every moment here feels like pure bliss.

Returning to Singapore always feels like revisiting an old friend—familiar yet full of surprises. This time, our trip was packed with unforgettable experiences that remind me why this city-state is such a gem. ✨

1. Marina Bay Sands Infinity Pool 🌅
No trip to Singapore is complete without a dip in this iconic pool. Floating above the city’s dazzling skyline never gets old, especially during sunset.

2. Gardens by the Bay 🌿
The futuristic Supertree Grove is a must-see, but the Cloud Forest stole the show with its cascading indoor waterfall and lush greenery—perfect for escaping the city buzz.

3. Hawker Centre Delights 🍜
From Hainanese chicken rice to chili crab, Singapore’s hawker stalls are a foodie paradise. We visited Maxwell Food Centre and even discovered a new favorite: satay skewers grilled to perfection.

4. Orchard Road Shopping 🛍️
