Over three transformative days in Uzbekistan, 42 participants—guides, tour operators, media, and regional government representatives—came together to dive into Product Development, Risk Management, and Marketing. This workshop, part of our AdventureEDU program in Uzbekistan 🇺🇿 is a joint initiative supported by USAIDning Biznesni qo'llab-quvvatlash loyihasi and the Tourism Committee. It marks the beginning of a multi-year journey to diversify the country’s tourism offerings and inspire adventure seekers to explore this remarkable destination.

The ideas shared during the workshop are creating new opportunities to go beyond the traditional Silk Road routes, shining a light on small villages where tourism can have a meaningful impact. With guide training, mentorship programs, and new storytelling opportunities on the horizon, Uzbekistan will be in a position to captivate the hearts of adventure travelers for years to come.
