Perfect for snowbirds looking to get away from the cold for a few months. The community is a peaceful sanctuary right in the heart of Fort Myers. Only a 25 minute drive to Southwest Florida Airport, Fort Myers Beach or Sanibel Island. Only a 15 minute drive to the Minnesota Twins Baseball Spring Training Field. h minimum, $95 per night
April & December: 1 month minimum, $80 per night
May - November: $70 per night
Each stay will also incur a $100-125 application fee, $100 cleaning fee and 11% state and county tax. This complex is occupied by mostly retired snowbirds and is a very quiet, reserved community. Loud noises and partying will not be tolerated at all. The association requires each renter to complete an application and background check which you will need to do online at least 2 weeks before rental period. You will also be required to read and sign the association rules and regulations. While this process takes a bit of time, it does assure you that you will stay in a safe, serene location! :)
