I am a small business owner, I was a teacher for 10 years, my husband is Law Enforcement, and we have a 10 year old daughter. I left teaching when she was in kindergarten to do what was best for her. Now I get to spend quality time together, without the added stress. I have the time to take her to auditions, rehearsals, dance, voice lessons, go on school field trips, and more! I went to UPS to return some Amazon packages. I walk in, not a single customer in the store, but two associates. The associate, sends me to the self service kiosk, instead of offering to assist me. It now takes me double the time to do my returns, when a paid associate is in the building, but not assisting me. It was extremely frustrating! I don’t want self service, I want the human being.

I use this as a FANTASTIC reminder WHY you book with me as your travel agent. You are the self service kiosk, you have to go in, look up options, manage your entire trip on your own, when I, the human travel agent, can do the work for you for the EXACT SAME PRICE, sometimes less. It’s your time, your labor, your stress, your frustration, when I can do the work for you in much less time, and you don’t pay anything extra.

Don’t waste your time with self service, let me do the work for you for your next vacation. Summer is quickly approaching, do you have your travel planned? Holidays?
