This home has one of the best locations. True potential of income will be fully realized once Sun Seeker resort opens. I helped find and negotiate the furnishings at a killer price. We were searching for almost a year when this hit the market I called them, did a facetime showing and we were under contract in less than 24hrs. Ian then happened and they closed 1 week after hurricane and been off to the bank to make deposits since. 🤘🏼
