Football season is here!

Are you going to use the season to capitalize on employee and customer incentives?

For all you pizza party lovers, THIS is your chance!!

The easiest thing you can do is “kick off” your incentive program with a tailgate party this week.

Encourage everyone to wear their favorite team gear (give awards for participation too) and tailgate at the office…..cue your pizza!

Incorporate game scores into performance numbers, get creative with your local team, or better yet offer a Super Bowl experience as the grand prize.

It’s football season. Get your players playing their best, Coach!

They thought mean I could eat a lot of pizza.

Nope.

Can’t stand pizza parties at the office.

Not sure there’s a more ridiculous way to recognize and reward.

Give and show your team what they are REALLY worth.

If it’s a pizza party, you need a new team.

I had the pleasure of great conversation yesterday with .binns

Those of you who know me well know that I don’t listen to podcasts often. Even hosted my own during Covid, but they’re just not me.

But Blake does things differently. His Good Advice Podcast is simply a conversation. And it’s awesome.

Blake and I share 150+ mutual connections but hadn’t met personally until a few weeks ago.

I feel like I’ve lost time being connected but not knowing Blake all these years.

Blake understands people and he knows connection.

I encourage you not only to connect with Blake, but to take an opportunity to meet him.

Don’t offer coffee! Blake and I have that in common too, no coffee.

My MAGE saddlecloth arrived this week.

What a “ride” it was in 2023.

I’m excited to have it framed because of the memories that flood back when every time I see it.

I’m so glad I had the experience and not just the saddlecloth.

“The ride” is what I will always remember.

From the day of buying a share, to watching the first win, to the amazing run for 2nd in the Florida Derby, to winning it all in Kentucky.

It’s a reminder of why it’s always important to provide an experience for top performers and not just a trophy or keepsake.

As my friend says “trips don’t burn up in a fire.”

Who in their right mind would cut a Masters flag in half!!???

I’m using it to send to a prospective customer.

You can’t see all the writing, but I wrote on the flag and said, “let’s get more than a piece of it in 2025.”

I’m sure they’ll get a good laugh, at least that’s my hope.

But the Masters experience has already started for them and THAT is what my goal is in sending this to them.

I’ve peaked their curiosity by sending “a piece of the Masters” and now they’ll be wondering how they can get “the whole thing.”

The next conversation just became easier.

Amirite ?

I was sitting at a blackjack table with my dad and a young man walked up to sit down and play at the table. He had a button down shirt on with patches down the sleeve. I didn’t recognize him, but knew immediately he was an athlete participating in the National Finals Rodeo. As the cards were dealt a few hands later, I struck up conversation with him. The table got hot, we were having a good time, and we introduced ourselves. To this day, my dad remembers meeting Stetson Jorgensen. And because of that experience, Stetson had been gracious enough to do meet and greets for me and my clients. Most people believe rodeo is boring. Amirite Adam Wells? 😎 I help turn the National Finals Rodeo into an unforgettable experience. PS: Stetson won the go-round that night and a $10,000 check!

Experiences make impacts that last forever. I recently asked a friend, “why do you always buy from there and not here?” His answer was quick and simple. “They do an annual trip and my wife absolutely lives for it. The man, the myth, the legend. Oh stop. He’s Brent Rose, one of the most geniuine guys I know. We had an awesome round at @quiviraloscabos today. I can’t wait to help reward @goepsg Optix winners with a trip to Cabo in February. A super special trip to me, as I not only help design it, but qualified for it too. New horizons!!

I grew up dreaming of working in the golf industry. I graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2002 with the hopes of becoming a teaching professional, but soon realized the pro-shop wasn't the place for me. I wanted more out of hospitality and service than I was receiving.

In 2013, I began the company Executive Golf Packages. Executive Golf Packages is a golf travel and service provider that provides unique golf experiences across the United States and around the world. Golfers looking for the perfect golf vacation have contacted me to design their entire vacation from transportation to tee time.

While operating Executive Golf Packages, I organized an annual "chartered trip" to the Masters at Augusta National Golf Course. In 3 short years, I have helped over 200 people experience the trip of a lifetime to the Masters Tournament. However, seeing people enjoy an "event" of this type opened my eyes to bigger opportunities. Opportunities that reach far beyond the game of golf. I have learned that people crave bucket list experiences, done first class with no glitches, over the "average Joe" buddy trip. People love hospitality and customer service as much as I do, and they thrive when given these experiences at events they have always dreamed of.

With this thought came the development of DreamIT. I realized that in 3 years I had helped so many people make their dreams come true and I knew there were more experiences that people dream of everyday. It fulfills mydream of making others dreams come true. It also fulfills all of our dreams of welcoming hospitality and great customer service.
