Have you ever cried in the happiest place on Earth? Because I have! 😂 Here's my cautionary tale from Epcot exactly 3 years ago on my honeymoon 🩷

The magical meltdown started with a rookie mistake: driving from Ohio to Florida (hello, road trip!) but not giving ourselves time to recover. Instead of resting after check-in, we went full Disney-mode: shopping at Disney Springs, late dinner, rope-dropping Magic Kingdom the next day, AND staying past close!

On day three at Epcot, we thought we were invincible enough to attempt drinking around the world after rope-dropping a second time. Spoiler alert: we weren't. Between sleep deprivation, Florida heat, and one too many drinks, yours truly ended up in tears right in the middle of World Showcase (swipe to spot the glassy eyes in pic #2 😅).

Our ambitious plans came crashing down when our "quick nap" turned into sleeping through the entire evening. All those carefully planned Epcot experiences? P**f – gone because we pushed too hard.

So here's your friendly PSA from someone who learned the hard way: prioritize sleep, stay hydrated, and take breaks to cool down. Trust me, taking it slow beats missing out entirely. Disney magic hits different when you're not exhausted! ✨️
