In all my years of cruising on vessels large & small, I’ve only had issues with sea sickness twice - once on a 35-person ship in the Seychelles when a typhoon was brewing in Madagascar, the other time on a 100-person in the Atlantic near Nantucket.

So while it’s not something I spend time worrying about, this article has some great advice if you are new to cruising & wondering about rocky seas.
