So honored to get the opportunity to represent the guiding community of Alaska as I joined forces with so many outdoor brands under the collective power of the !! Standing up for our public lands that provide subsistence for our indigenous communities and economic value to our tourism economy is vastly important. In the last five days of his Presidency, Trump opened 28 million acres of Alaska’s BLM lands for development that have been under protection since the passage of The Alaska Native Claims Act in 1971. The Biden administration instantly halted this opening and called for an EIS to be done. As this EIS comes to completion, we hope that these wild spaces that we wholeheartedly depend on will remain under protection so that we can keep taking clients skiing, fishing and exploring this beautiful country in Alaska !

Kasha Rigby, Mary McIntyre, Syd Páez, Damian Benegas and I a few years ago shot 3 episodes for ESPN South America of us chicas skiing 6 different volcanoes in Chile. We had an epic expedition for 3 weeks and it helps me now to watch these just to hear sweet Kasha's voice and see her smile and the way she simply floated up and down mountains...
