A general contractor is only as good as the team they count on. This 2nd story addition required the complete removal of most of the garage roof and the ceilings of the master bedroom and closet, hall bath, and laundry room.

A well-managed schedule and a team of seasoned subcontractors and suppliers is key to limiting exposure to adverse weather. Demo began on 9-9-22. Framing done and new roof installed by 9-29-22.

Video walkthrough of the basement buildout project we just finished.

This is a formerly unfinished daylight basement on a house built in the early 70's. New walls, bedroom, bath, laundry room, etc. 7' ceilings made it a challenge to keep light and bright.

This area used to be in the garage. First the floor was raised to match the main house. We then created a new laundry room and handicap accessible bath. It's shown here about 95% complete.

New master bath in this house built in 1926. Heated tile floors are the bomb!

New kitchen in this 1926 Bend, OR charmer. Opened up nicely to the rest of the home now. Welcome back home Ben & Ashley!
