It’s time to plan your holiday travel! Now that our girls are older, we love gifting them experiences and memories above things.

Yesterday, Walt Disney World released dates for Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, Jollywood Nights, EPCOT Festival of the Holidays, and more - the perfect gift for everyone on your list!

🤍 Celebrate the holidays in style at Disney’s Hollywood Studios special event, Jollywood Nights on November 9, 13, 16, 18, 23, 25, 30 and December 2, 7, 11, 14, 18, 21

🤍 Get in the Christmas spirit with snow on Main Street, hot cocoa, and more at Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party on November 8, 11, 12, 14, 15, 17, 19, 21, 22, 24, 26, 27, 29 and December 1, 3, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12, 13, 15, 17, 19, 20

‼️ These are both specially ticketed events, and they will sell out. Select Walt Disney World Resort hotel guests can purchase tickets as early as July 2nd. Tickets for all other guests will go on sale July 10th.

🤍 The Festival of Holidays at EPCOT from November 29th through December 30

🤍 The enchanting Merry Menagerie of artisan-sculpted winter animal puppets at Animal Kingdom

🤍 The Yuletide projection show on the Hollywood Tower Hotel at Hollywood Studios and see Woody, Jessie, and Buzz Lightyear in festive holiday attire.

🤍 “Frozen Holiday Surprise” in front of Cinderella Castle at Magic Kingdom with Ana, Elsa, and Frozen friends

🤍 Santa Claus will take a break from toy building to visit with guests in all four parks, Disney Springs and Disney Water Parks

It’s National Pink Day!

My favorite lounge in the entire Disney Cruise Line Fleet is Pink Wine & Champagne Bar on the Disney Dream! I love their wine and champagne list as well as the wine and champagne based cocktails. This is such a fun atmosphere with live music, wine tastings, and more. I love the subtle nods to the pink elephants from Dumbo seen floating in the bubbles on the wall.

In just a few weeks, I’ll be checking off one of my Disney bucket list items - 4th of July fireworks at Magic Kingdom!

Disney’s Celebrate America! A Fourth of July Concert in the Sky will take place at 9:20 pm on July 3 and 4. We will be there on July 4 and I am so excited.

Disney’s patriotic celebration extends to EPCOT, resorts, and the Seven Seas Lagoon.

I cannot wait to share our experience celebrating America’s birthday at the most magical place on Earth!

Travel Tip Tuesday (Claire’s Version)

Take care of your feet, they are VERY busy during your theme park vacation!

🤍 Bring extra pairs of socks in your park bag

🤍 Bring two pairs of shoes in your packed luggage in case a pop up shower soaks your primary pair. No one wants to start the next day with semi-wet shoes

🤍 No rain? Give your primary shoes a break for a day.

🤍 Make sure both pairs of shoes are comfortable and broken in without being too worn

🤍 Comfort over cuteness is key!

In addition to trying new experiences, restaurants, and more on our trips, it is hard to completely avoid favorites like Florean Fortescue’s Ice Cream Parlour in Diagon Alley.

Another new to us restaurant I’m excited to try on our next trip is Big Fire at Universal’s CityWalk!

This restaurant is conveniently located so you can enjoy dinner in between parks, before heading back to your resort, or traveling from your resort.

Big Fire features wood-fire grilled steaks, chicken, fish, and burgers so there is something for everyone!

I cannot wait to try the bacon Mac & cheese!

At the very least, make sure each reservation lead has a My Disney Experience account! This will assist in the planning process and make your in-park experience much easier to manage.

I ensure your travel party’s accounts are properly linked during the planning process and immediately before travel so your days in the parks run as smoothly as possible.

This summer, dive into nostalgia celebrating some of Universal’s biggest blockbusters like Jaws, Ghostbusters, and more.
