We are extremely proud of our Citizen Science program. Did you know that we pioneered having a Citizen Science program on every voyage and are the very first Antarctic operator to officially collaborate with The Polar Citizen Science Collective? Citizen Science projects offered may vary slightly by voyage and scientific need. Everyone is welcome to participate. If you’re interested, please see the onboard daily bulletin and join the scheduled Citizen Science Introduction Meeting at the start of your voyage. There is no additional cost, this activity is free!
Our ‘Explorer’s Experience Log’ is a book you will find in our library. All are welcome to write an entry to share their experiences or special memories from their trip. The book includes anecdotes, drawings, poems, and so many special entries. Be sure to flip through it and read all about our previous guests’ experiences. A wonderful, relaxing way to pass time on a sea day! #ExploreLogbook #GuestExperience #WeAreAllExplorers #PolarLatitudes
How to Contribute to @nasa on your trip to Antarctica? 🇦🇶
By observing clouds with our Citizen Science program! ☁️
How can you do this? 👉🏻 By looking at clouds to help calibrate weather satellites. By combining ground observations with satellite images taken from space, we help satellites better interpret their data. Improved data leads to better models for climate and weather scientists. 🙌
Thank you to our friends at @freestyleadventuretravel in Ushuaia for putting this video together.

A Decade in Antarctica - A Polar Guides Highlights
It's #PolarGuideWeek and we are loving this incredible short film that one of our Expedition Guides put together in collaboration with some of our other guides. These are just some of the amazing highlights they have from visiting Antarctica over the past decade. We feel very fortunate that time and again, our guides return to Antarctica with us each year, giving us bragging rights to one of the most experienced teams in the industry.
Big thank you to Dean J. Tatooles, Pablo Brandeman, David Hartman, Jeff Reynolds, and Tim Vollmer for their spectacular footage of Antarctica, and to Dean for editing this together.
