We would like to thank all those who supported us over the last 2 years. We will be leaving Ice House Brewery on the 19th of January. Please welcome the new “Ice House Cafe” that will be taking over. We wish Colonial Beach the best and appreciate the love you’ve given us. We will be serving only in the brewery till the 19th.

Hi, we’re Julia and Dave! 👋 As parents of three school-aged kids, we know how precious it is to find a little getaway. We fell in love with Colonial Beach for its charm and the unique “getaway feel” without the traffic and stress of heading to Ocean City. 🌊

Our vision for Tides Inn is to preserve its local charm while embracing the community feel that makes Colonial Beach so special. We’re dedicated to providing a welcoming, comfortable experience with thoughtful amenities for all our guests.

While we both juggle full-time jobs, we’re committed to making the inn a reflection of our love for this town—and we couldn’t do it without the incredible support of our family, friends, and neighbors. Thank you to everyone helping make our dreams a reality!
