Healing Our Hearts My name is Rosie Fox, I work out of Temecula California. There is so much hope! I won't lie to you. It was not easy. Until, I couldn't do it anymore.

I am a Certified Grief Specialist as well as have my bachelors in psychology and am a Certified Drug and Alcohol counselor. I never thought that there would be a life for me after loss, but I have been able to grieve losses and have a life beyond my wildest dreams. But, with support and action steps, I found that it is possible. I have, for many years, run from my grief in many ways, from distract

ions, denial, or putting on a false front. I went into a deep depression and almost didn't come out of it. Let me help you, I have experience a range of losses. From being a caregiver to my mother who passes in 2009, to many "smaller" losses either by death, break up, or just never became the relationship I wanted of dreamed of.

Good morning ! Holidays are coming and relationships are joyful and we are looking all forward to having special times with them . However , there is loss in our lives and conflicting feelings about relationships whether they are still with us or gone.
