It's been reported that the wait times for online travel agencies are exceeding 3 hours to speak to a live person, to modify or cancel a vacation already booked.

We had a busy, wonderful time in beautiful Iceland, the land of fire and ice. We tried to see everything we could in 3 full days, but 1 more day would have been perfect to really explore Reykjavik. We were able to see a few waterfalls, a glacier, black sand beach, a couple of geysers, the secret lagoon, blue lagoon, and two nights of hunting for the Northern lights.

I was on the beautiful Norwegian Encore this past weekend in NYC for their inaugural celebration. We had a great time zooming around the race track, and experiencing the virtual reality world in the galaxy pavilion. Unfortunately, it was too cold to play laser tag and ride the waterslides. There are many options for dining and the food was plentiful and delicious. The entertainment was superb, especially the Broadway shows, The Choir of Man and Kinky Boots. Other options for entertainment include the casino, comedy club and the Beatles tribute band in the Cavern or you can just relax in the mojito bar, wine bar, whiskey bar or the 180 degree floor to ceiling windows observation lounge. You will not be bored on this brand new state of the art ship. She will be coming to NYC in the fall of 2020 and will be offering 4, 5, or 7 night cruises to Bermuda, 7 night cruises to the Bahamas, and a 5 or 9 night Canada/New England cruise. I just returned from Jamaica attending the PTANA 2019 convention. The resort is beautiful, the food delicious, and the staff at Secrets Wild Orchid and St. James are the best! Call me or email me if you'd like to visit this lovely resort!

We also spent a week on NCL's Breakaway, and stopped in Roatan, Honduras; Harvest Caye, Belize; Costa Maya, Mexico; and Cozumel, Mexico. The shows were great, the food delicious, and there is plenty to do, 5 waterslides, ropes course, mini golf, rock climbing wall and a fun pool area for the little ones. There are many dining, bars and nightly entertainment options available. We are offering special pricing on select cruises and a $50.00 on board credit per cabin when you book a 2020/2021 Norwegian cruise, and put a deposit down by October 31, 2019. We spent 6 days on "The Spice Island " Grenada, and had a very relaxing vacation. Grand Anse beach is one of the best I've ever been to, soft white sand and water that is the perfect temperature! The hotel was beautiful, the food was fabulous and the staff were very friendly and efficient, a perfect stay! You can snorkel or dive to see the magnificent underwater sculptures, zip line in the rainforest or visit a couple of waterfalls. Choose to relax on the beach or be a little adventurous!
