We are pleased to report that the disruptions and administrative issues at the air traffic control unit of the Jamaica Civil Aviation Authority earlier today have been resolved. Air carrier partners will resume normal operations at 7:00 AM local time tomorrow, May 13, into and out of Montego Bay’s Sangster International Airport and Kingston’s Norman Manley International Airport.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the relevant authorities that worked diligently to resolve these matters as quickly as possible.

Please accept our sincerest apologies once again for the inconvenience caused to you and your clients by earlier flight cancellations. We are happy to resume welcoming air passengers to the island.
