Are you travel ready? This is your sign to get a passport or check the expiration if you do have one! 🛂

🌎 If you currently have a passport, check the expiration date. Many countries require that a passport be valid for at least six months after the traveler's departure date.
🌎 If you're applying for a new passport, you'll need an appointment at a passport acceptance facility... these can fill quickly!
🌎 Processing times vary so be sure to allow plenty of time! Currently, routine processing time is 4-6 weeks (plus mailing time); expedited processing is 2-3 weeks (plus mailing) for an additional fee.

🚨 REAL ID update 🚨

It's getting real! The new deadline for REAL ID enforcement is May 7, 2025. At that time, every air traveler 18 years of age & older will need a REAL ID-compliant driver's license or another acceptable form of ID (i.e., passport) to fly within the U.S. ✈️

If you don't have a passport, or would like to board domestic flights without your passport, you'll need to upgrade your driver's license to a Real ID.

REAL ID-compliant cards are generally marked with a star located in the upper portion of the card. ⭐ If you're not sure, contact your state driver's license agency on how to obtain a REAL ID-compliant card.

In Missouri, you can apply for a REAL ID at any license location. Applicants need to show proof of identity, legal status, a social security number, and two documents verifying Missouri residency.
