Piper doesn’t really mind playing ball in the snow. It adds a treasure hunt aspect at times and the catch dive becomes very dramatic with snow flying in every direction!

What is “The Flow” and why have we dedicated our lives to it?
When Brody and I decided to create our kayaking business back in 2004 the only name we felt we could commit to was “Go With the Flow Adventures”.
We felt deeply the importance of staying connected to the flow of life, whatever it may bring us.
So many times throughout life we get caught in a back eddy at the edge of the river, comfortable and safe feeling but not flowing, not moving, just feeling the tugging of the flow. The sensation of letting go and allowing the river to take us to unknown places is a huge leap of faith. Where is the security within the flow? Where will it take us? How do I release control and feel safe?
We need to dig deep and ask ourselves the right questions.
Am I truly happy with who I am in this moment? Do I feel joy in my daily life?
What am I scared of?
The one thing we can truly count on in life is that we are always in a state of change. As uncomfortable as it is to allow ourselves to let go and get in the flow, doing so is truly living!
We are now calling ourselves as it has always been a dream to bring a more healing aspect of wellness and spiritual connection to the land we steward.
We are excited to see where this flow takes us and are so grateful to all of the support and love we have had throughout the many years of our journey going with the flow.

Our day trip up Mount Albert Edward in Strathcona Park, Vancouver Island.
5,500 in elevation up and down, 33kms and 11.5 hours total. All in all a great day!

We’re so thrilled to be hosting another season of kayak retreats.

20 Years today!! We picked Summer Solstice to marry eachother because there just never seemed to be enough time in a day to spend together.
I feel so fortunate to have fallen so deeply in love so young and with such a wonderful human 💕
We have accomplished so much more together then we ever could have alone, especially two beautiful children;)
These past years have flown by!! I’m really hoping we have many many more years together and that life slows down just a little so we can enjoy it even more ♥️
