So excited to share with you these pictures from my previous guest. As you can see the house has Step free entrances that are 36 inch openings or larger inside and outside of the house. He was able to move freely through out the house.

Cory did such a great job speaking to the tourism representatives at the 2023 Oregon Governor’s Conference on Tourism. Just the fact that Oregon asked a wheelchair user to come and talk to them about ways that they can become more accessible speaks leaps and bounds above some other states. Oregon WANTS to improve and WANTS to be more inclusive. When he finished his keynote speech, he received a standing ovation. Let’s support this state as they are already great and we have had an amazing time here this week. ♿️❤️

Strawberry bombs !!!

INGREDIENTS:
300g (2 cups) flour
1 egg
45g (1/4 cup) sugar
pinch of salt
7g dry yeast
140ml (3/5 cup) warm milk
40g (1/4 cup) softened butter

METHOD:

In a medium bowl combine sugar, yeast, and milk
and stir to dissolve.
Whisk in egg. Add flour and salt, and start to mix
the dough with a spatula. Then continue to knead
it with your hands until you receive an elastic
dough.
Add softened butter and continue to knead until
butter is fully incorporated into the dough.
Form a ball from the dough, cover with a kitchen
cloth or plastic wrap, and allow to rise for an
hour.
Divide the dough into 8 parts and roll each into a
ball. Cover and let sit for 30 minutes.
Flatten each ball a bit and roll it again into a ball.
Cover and let sit for another 30 minutes.
Fry balls in hot oil on low for 2-3 minutes on each
side.
Let cool a bit and cut in half lengthwise, like a
burger bun.
Top one half with whipped cream and chopped
strawberries, close with the other half, sprinkle
with powdered sugar and serve.
Enjoy your Strawberry bombs.

I am so excited that my post got accepted on several private groups on Facebook.

I will be able to offer so much comfort that is much needed to people with many different disabilities. Especially the ones on a wheelchair. The beds are lifted off the floors too.

My house is also comfortable for all groups.

Children with older parents or young parents with small children too.

It’s a very Comfortable and relaxing home not far from the beach and action if that’s what you are looking for.
