Gearing up for our Day of Service next week & getting all the donations sorted for distribution! Big thanks to all the hotels and individuals who have already donated, including the Hilton Garden Inn - Rochester/Pittsford, NY!

If you would still like to donate any toiletries, towels, or clean linens for distribution to local women's / family shelters & animal shelters in the area next week, please contact [email protected] to set up a drop off or pick up by the end of the day tomorrow, 9/7!

Thank you so much to our hotel partners who have already donated their spare towels & toiletries in advance of our Day of Service, including the Fairfield Inn Rochester West/Greece, Homewood Suites Rochester Victor, and the Residence Inn by Marriott Rochester Henrietta. We will be packaging up these items and distributing them to several local women's / family shelters and animal shelters next month - if you would like to donate any items as well, please contact [email protected] to coordinate a pick up / drop off by 9/5!

Marriott, Starwood, and Ritz Carlton. Marriott acquired Starwood hotels in 2016, but has left Starwood's beloved loyalty program (Starwood Preferred Guest) to operate independently. The unified rewards program will become effective in August.

ATTN Hilton customers - Starting July 31st, most Hilton branded hotels will be rolling out their new 48-hour cancellation policy, following in Marriott's footsteps.

The company is recommending a new policy to its owners that would enforce a 48- to 72-hour advance notice on cancellations.

ICYMI: Starting June 15, 2017 All Marriott branded hotels will require at least a 48-hour notice for all room cancellations - more info below!

Marriott International is implementing a cancellation policy at hotels in the Americas including the United States, Canada, Caribbean and Latin America, across all brands with the exception of MVW and Design Hotels.
