2024 has not been a good year (dad passed away, daughter went to college, 20 yo cat passed away), so I haven't really felt like posting much on here. Shoot, I didn't even feel like traveling anywhere either! 2025 is hopefully going to be better, and I have lots of Disney travel planned for myself, starting with our travel agency adults only Disney cruise in January😍, then a stay in a villa in the Polynesian Tower in February. After that, I am taking my daughter to Disneyland in May, and then there will be another cruise or two in the 2nd half of the year, and probably another WDW trip in there somewhere. I can't wait to get back into it all🤩

🌺Take me back!!! Missing Aulani resort so much! Hawaii is my favorite place to visit, and Aulani offers so many things that I love-Hawaiian culture, a little Disney, the ocean, great pools and a lazy river, yummy food, Dole whips, and the most incredible scenery😍 Plus, they do NOT have a daily resort fee! The majority of resorts have a resort fee, so it's always great to come across one that doesn't have it!

Things to think about when visiting Hawaii...
✈Airfare-it's expensive, so if you see a good price, jump on it!
🚗Transportation-Unless you are staying in Waikiki, on Oahu (you still should get a rental car for at least a day or two), you need a rental car! There is so much to see on ALL the Hawaiian Islands! Why fly all the way there, and only see a tiny portion?
🍤Food-It is expensive, however it's easy to save money here and there. I like to get a big container of poke, and eat that a few days. Also, doing peanut butter and jelly for lunch helps, and then we also bring some snacks in your suitcase. We had a villa with a microwave and a small refrigerator/freezer, so we went to Target and got some groceries to have on hand.
🐋🛥Activities-There are some activities that will cost you-activities like whale watches and other boat excursions, luaus, and visits to historical sites, among other things. A lot of these are well worth the cost! There are also lots of free things to do too! I typically drive around to all the snorkeling spots (some have a fee, but many do not), and then visits to some local parks and scenic sites are free or charge very little. I have also seen hula dancers offer free shows on several occasions, and there is always live music all over the islands.

This past weekend, my long-time clients were able to celebrate their daughter's birthday with their extended family at Disneyland and Universal Studios Hollywood. I think their next trip needs to be Epic Universe once it opens in 2025-they will absolutely LOVE it, but I'm still hoping to get them on a Disney cruise at some point too😁 Where to next, R/B/K Family??

Don't forget, you can combine a Disney cruise with a visit to Disney World or Universal Orlando!

The E Family just got back from their amazing 7 night trip to Walt Disney World, where they did ALL the things! They did all four parks plus Typhoon Lagoon, Disney Springs, and a resort day! And look at all their cute, coordinating outfits😍

I really enjoyed planning this trip for you, E Family! Have fun doing all that welcome home laundry-lol!

Up late tonight, tag-teaming with my client to get all her port adventures and onboard activities for her 9 night Disney cruise to Alaska😍 Bears, glaciers, seafood, seaplane, helicopters, and more, and on top of that, they are going without their kids! How fun is that??

The L Family had another successful Disney cruise during their spring break! They went ziplining in Jamaica, visited friendly stingrays in The Cayman Islands, went on a honey, chocolate and tequila tour in Cozumel, and enjoyed all of the amenities offered on Castaway Cay😍 Mrs. L said their next cruise will be to Europe! Oh Miss E😍 I LOVE seeing pictures of multi-generational trips as they remind me of my own family's trips to Disney World through the years. It's the best thing in the world to see things through the eyes of the kids! Little Miss E and her entourage had a magical time at Disney World! The P Family did Universal right! The stayed a whole week at Hard Rock Hotel, enjoyed club level offerings, and did ALL the things! Miss C was a daredevil and rode Hollywood Rip Ride Rock-It and Mr. J loved all the Jurassic Park attractions! Thanks for planning your second trip with me, P Family😍
