Goose Chase Cake Design is a small scale pastry company Based in Central Vermont specializing in cake decorating. I will create anything from a four tier wedding cake to a simple brownie platter. Having upwards of 8 years experience of baking in Vermont and in the Bay Area, California.

In complete awe of Joey and Rose’s wedding pictures by .hazelton ✨✨✨✨
Rosemary Polenta cake with cream cheese frosting, piled high with meringue mushrooms, rosemary sprigs, pressed flowers and dried oranges that I dehydrated in house. The dreamiest of dreamy cakes. They also added Halva Brownies and Raspberry oat squares and orange creamsicle cupcakes to their dessert bar. Seriously, all of the best flavors in my opinion.

The Goose Chase Cake Design is a full service cake design and dessert company. We specialize in custom designed wedding and special occasion cakes. We also build the delectable dessert tables if cake isn't your style.

With well tested recipes, each cake is made entirely from scratch using fresh, all natural ingredients. The simple ingredients of butter, sugar, flour, eggs, and cream turn into the most glorious cake layers and fillings. With well balanced layers of flavors, and a cloud like swiss meringue buttercream. We create cakes that aren't too sweet and are a perfect end to a magical event.

Located in the Mad River Valley, Vermont we are surrounded by a beautiful landscape and have the opportunity to work with all of the amazing caterers and event spaces located in this little valley.
