The Over-Sea Railroad's terminus at Key West was only partially the end of the line. The image shows the train pulling into the depot at Trumbo Point where the ferry is waiting to depart for Havana. Railroad cars were loaded on to the ferry at Key West and transported 90 miles to Cuba where they could be loaded with goods to be sold in U.S. markets.

This morning our team went fishing with Rampage Fishing Charters, what an awesome experience with Capt. Barry and Eric. Now we have a ton of great fish for dinner, and perhaps lunch and dinner tomorrow too. Even caught, and released, two sharks - a hammerhead and a lemon. If you're looking for a nearshore fishing experience, Rampage can't be beaten, call them at 305-731-3752.
