A Beautiful Estate Where You Can Unwind with Friends and Family
That 70's Lodge is a place for the whole family or a small group of friends to enjoy for a weekend or a week. Step back into a special time as you enter this lovely home that includes seven themed bedrooms, each representing a popular TV show of the era including Charlie's Angels, Laugh In, The Partridge Family, Marsha Brady, James Bond 007 and the Star Trek bunk room which can be divided into boys and girls sides. For fun we've included an "I Dream of Jeanie" lounge area.
The lodge is the best of both worlds for vacation rentals. It is situated on a gorgeous 10-acre lot consisting mostly of pine trees offering you the privacy you want when you head north to get away from it all and decompress. Yet it's close enough to Traverse City and the coastal small towns of Grand Traverse, Benzie and Leelanau counties that you're just minutes away from incredible sightseeing, wine tasting, shopping or great dining.
Enhancing Your Stay
An evening out could include the Film Festival at Traverse City's historic State Theater or at the nearby Interlochen Center for the Performing arts which boasts such notable alumni as Josh Groban, Norah Jones, Dave Brubeck's sons Chris and Daniel as well as Bruce Johnston of The Beach Boys, and has a season full of concerts with big-name popular musicians plus classical performances and theatrical presentations.
Spectacular Living Spaces
The sleeping quarters are on one side of the estate so those nightowls in your party can enjoy each others’ company while the early birds who are resting up for tomorrow’s adventures won’t be disturbed. The 4,000 square foot estate home features a 1,500 square foot living room with a hot tub and two 75" flat screen TV's.
Want something cozy? Enjoy a fire and the whiskey/coffee bar just off the large living room.
Enjoy a BBQ on the large covered deck that overlooks the rolling hills of the Boardman River Valley. Or get in a great workout as you stretch your legs on the 1/2 mile trail around the property.
This spot has an Up North vibe across the entire property. With the private woods plus the conveniences of Traverse City just a few minutes away it's hard to do anything but revel in the fact that you're on vacation!!!
