My clients experienced a ground stop🌩️ in Chicago yesterday, causing them to misconnect in Fort Lauderdale on the only flight✈️ to Punta Cana on Southwest.
With lots of hands👏🏻 on deck, they were able to fly out on another carrier through Panama City. Phewwww
Arriving at 🕑2am, 12 hours later than anticipated, this is what they get to wake up to for the next 8 days. 🌴🌊☀️
As stressful as this was, they both kept it together!!!
