It was another banner month for the Lynn David Events team! We kicked off the month with heading up a robust attendee management plan for a hybrid event for over 25,000 attendees.

We had the privilege of partnering with LifeSource to help them carry out a successful charity golf tournament that achieved their goals.

September once again found us along side our friends at Dentsply Sirona managing DS World 2023 where over 5000 dentistry professionals came together at the MGM Las Vegas. Congratulations to the DS family for an amazing event. We are thrilled to be in the trenches with you!

It didn’t stop there! On the heels of DS World was NEXT23 with my friends at TravelNet Solutions. For the third year running I had the honor of managing this incredible event for the vacation rental industry from start to finish.

Sending my thanks and admiration to my team Sarah Baptiste, Jennifer Oliver, and Jen Goetz for their tireless efforts, talents and passion that was poured into making each of these events. On to the next!

Another spectacular event completed!

Sarah Baptiste and I had the privilege of supporting an event for Dentsply Sirona at the Ga***rd Opryland in Nashville last week for their National Sales Meeting. We built and managed the registration website in Cvent for over 1000 people, managed a robust schedule of concurrent breakouts, and coordinated special events including a Nashville-inspired Welcome Reception, a gorgeous Awards Dinner and one heck of a closing party at Wildhorse Saloon. Huge shout out to Dentsply Sirona Team led by Jodi Lessard and the rockstars at Access DMC. An absolute pleasure working with you all!

Hard to believe only two weeks ago I was running around the Ga***rd Rockies in Denver managing one of the most exciting events of my career. I partnered with an amazing client and outstanding colleagues in the industry (shoutout to Allied Productions, ACCESS DMC, LamontCo, and LiveCon ) to pull off an impactful general session, incredible receptions and networking opportunities, and one heck of a party headlined by the CHAINSMOKERS. I’m blessed to be doing what I do and working with the best of the best.

Finally recovered from my week in Charlotte managing events at the Westin and NASCAR Hall of Fame for a fantastic client. We partnered with awesome keynote speakers including race car driver Kyle Petty. Fellow planners - make sure you check out the NASCAR HOF for your next event in Charlotte.

Flying high from an incredible (In-Person!) client event this week with TravelNet Solutions Inc. Thank you to the amazing teams at the Hilton Minneapolis, Allied Productions and Punch Bowl Minneapolis for partnering to pull off an amazing event. Loved having keynote speaker Kindra Hall join us.
