Hello everyone, we want to provide several updates to Jubelas Beach House. We are now self managing our property which will improve both the communications throughout the stay and enhance the total experience for each reservation. We have several 2022 dates still available and already have a number of 2023 bookings. If there are dates you are interested in, then please don’t hesitate to contact us for pricing and availability.

The latest updates to the property include adding pool pavers, updating furniture including the installation of all smart TVs, replacing our hvac systems, installing a community deck with propane grill, replacing all rails and fencing in the front property. We continue to get 5 star reviews (66+ to date) and exceed the expectations of anyone who chooses to stay at our property.

We always believe that our rental properties are maintained as a home and not an investment. We pass this experience to our guests.

The property management company that has worked with Jubelas Beach House for the past 5 years had abruptly and unexpectedly gone out of business. Starting today, we will take direct bookings and will be creating a VRBO and Airbnb site to allow for online reservations.

Our property now has a top of the line, propane gas grill directly facing the beach on our new grilling deck. This has been one item so many folks have wanted.

Hello all... wanted to give an update on the availability of our property. In 2021, we have already booked out a number of dates, but still plenty more that are available. The beach destination has become a year long attraction for many folks.

The rates for our property are adjusted based on overall supply and demand of similar properties in the market. These rates also get updated on a daily basis, which is why we don’t price on here, but make every attempt to give the best possible price.

Also, we now have a cabin that sleeps 6 in Blue Ridge, Georgia in the heart of the Aska region that has one of the best views in the area. The cabin is located at the top of a mountain and adjacent to the National Forest with trails directly off our door steps. Contact me for additional details and more information.

Happy New Years to everyone. We are coming off a very busy season and continue to make safety our top priority.

A small list of completed updates from last year include new railings on the 2nd and 3rd floor balconies, new railings on the pool’s beach front, a twin over full bunk bed, new 65” smart tv in the family room and always making improvements where needed. We switched to Xfinity for a better viewing experience. We now have a Keurig machine and several new furnishings.

One of the projects we have to begin for 2021 is adding a common space for grilling. We are investigating to make sure we abide by the local laws and within any restrictions of our insurance policy. We hope to have this project completed by early April, assuming we get the proper approval.

A loggerhead turtle decided to bury her 97 eggs directly in front of our property, and the original hatch site had to be relocated because they were laid too close to the beach and were exposed.

The amazing volunteers from St Andrews did a fantastic job delicately moving each one. They were are depositors around July 1st and will hatch towards the end of August.
