These homes feature five intricately themed spaces. Professional artisans have crafted a medieval/Game of Thrones-inspired games room, designed for both adults and kids.
This oversized space includes custom pool and foosball tables, a lounge area, a large-screen TV, a grand medieval bar, and more. Upstairs, the bunkbed room features four full-size beds with functioning theater curtains, and dozens of puppets to transform the space into a โPuppet Theatre.โ
On the main floor, the โWestern Lodgeโ evokes a grand resort with authentic wood paneling, three custom twin bunk beds, faux taxidermy (donโt worry, parentsโitโs plastic), and other clever themed touches. The striking โJungle Roomโ and ensuite were originally created for a TV shoot, offering a culturally immersive experience. Parents can unwind in the Art Deco-themed theater room upstairs, equipped with a 65โ curved 4K, 3D TV and surround sound, perfect for movie nights. And if thatโs not enough, the main floor living area boasts an even larger 80โ TV with in-ceiling surround sound.
Each bedroom is furnished with high-end mattresses, protectors, duvets, linens, and dรฉcor that matches the quality of a five-star hotel. Every bedroom is equipped with a TV, and most bathrooms are wallpapered to create the luxurious ambiance of a tranquil spa.
The real highlight, however, is the villaโs outdoor space. Backing onto a pristine reserve and surrounded by a tropical garden, the backyard oasis features the largest pool, lanai, and screened-in area in all of Watersong.
