Up North Fish House Rentals Located out of the Sunny Beach Access on Upper Red Lake. All fish houses are equipped with cook top stove, direct vent heaters and rattle wheels.

At Up North Fish House Rentals, all of our fish houses are clean, warm, and ready for you to fish in upon arrival. We are located on the southern shore of Upper Red Lake out of the Greater MN Access. With winter fast approaching we will give you the run down!!

Early ice on shore reservations for Thanksgiving and December 5th weekend. Houses placed on shore- walkouts-four wheeler-depending on conditions.

Then we move on to on ice rentals with rides by us or bringing your own wheeler-side by side

Progress to vehicle traffic to rentals from there. Also start letting personal wheelhouse out usually around Christmas.

We will continue to run operations out of the Sunny Beach Access. Day passes and seasonal available!

Every year it suprises me how many people book our houses early. Some weekends are booked and VERY MUCH APPRECIATED. Still some time on other weekends also. See you soon.

This year was an exciting year to say the least. We got very lucky with getting all our sleepers out when we did!

We ran hard and had an excellent season. Got to meet a lot of new clients and like always appreciate all our old stand bys too

Fishing has still remained very very good with the night bite producing walleyes and day bite for perch! Some houses still saying they have to cap holes to keep some sleep!

Rainbows and fatheads still the bait of choice.
Plain octopus hooks in about any color working the best!

Road system looks great with the speed limit 10MPH for wheelhouses.

The houses that we moved in yesterday have been doing awesome. Some saying they had to cap the holes to get some sleep!

Thirteen days left to our hard water season and I think we have been going out with a bang so far!

Most customers have been taking advantage of the great multi specie action.

In the rentals you just never know when the crappie schools are going to roam through. The groups that go and seek them out usually come back with plenty.

If you are looking for a last minute house for the next thirteen days give us a shout.

Still have a one house for upcoming weekend and a few left for the last weekend also at this time!

Sunny beach access update!

Open to tandems with 1/2 tons out to 5 miles.

Not much slush on the main road at this time.

Please keep by your speed to 10 mph and have road pass.

We also would like no night travel past two miles. We know this is hard for a lot of people showing up late but with zero snow for boundaries it's the right call.. Fish closer for a night then move once sun comes up if you would like.

Any trucks can cross the bridge without trailers behind!

Does not affect rental house traffic.

These walleye are growing at a rapid rate!!! What a trophy fish and congrats to our Jacob Lenz group. There group has been with us every weekend of the ice season so far. Our day to day operations have been going on with out an snags so far!! We have been very very lucky to not deal with the major crack that others have been dealing with. All of our 6 mans and 4 mans are on the lake!! First opening December 23 24 25 26. Then we jump to January 1st

We have you covered with the new DNR regs!!
