Cozy Accomodations in the Land of Trails & Adventure

The house is a two bedroom, two bath home. The spacious king suite includes a king bed, single daybed & single trundle with it’s own private bath. The second bedroom is a cozy queen, just right for a couple or single. In addition, I’ve added yet another queen in a bonus room to accommodate extra guests. There’s a washer & dryer in the house for guest use. The main living area, dining room and fully equipped kitchen is set up to accommodate large groups. On the east side of the home is a large sun porch ready to enjoy three out of four seasons.

Nucla is located in the heart of Western Colorado on the sunny side of the Uncompahgre Plateau, just 5 miles north of Hwy 141 and the Unaweep-Tabequache Scenic Byway.

If you love the outdoors…. You have found the right place to enjoy your next adventure. This remote area attracts ATV & dirt bike enthusiasts, hunters & fisherman, hikers, mountain biker & rock climbers, Jeep, snowmobile & motorcycle groups, to name a few. We are surrounded by public land which is easily accessed by trails and roads just waiting to show you the history of this hidden treasure.
