A cold front is expected to move across the Cayman area this afternoon and winds will turn northwesterly by evening.

Just a quick note to update all on hurricane Rafael. We have all agreed that a cat 1 is plenty strong and none of us want to see a cat 2, 3 or 4. The damage could have been worse, although Reef Divers and Southern Cross both suffered boat issues. We have been left unscathed, thankfully. Power has been restored to a lot of the island and the crew at the power plant have been outstanding. We are good to go and anticipate running trips in the next couple days (if guests can get here).
