This week I met with Claudio, my Business Development Manager from Lomas Travel.

Lomas manages multiple resorts in Riviera Maya, Mexico. I’ve had the pleasure of touring 6 of their resorts and have had clients stay at them and LOVE them!

Getting to know BDMs personally is always helpful in getting clients a great experience. He taught me about the resorts’ new More Inclusive program, where guests get free transfers and some excursions.

It was pure joy to work on this mother-son trip to Walt Disney World!

Clients Heather, Chris, and their children recently got back from a spring break vacation to the Dominican Republic. “The food was fabulous and the staff was amazing!”

They even did several excursions to see monkeys, go snorkeling and zip lining, and learned about the people of the DR. Sounds like they will have a lot of stories to tell! 🩵

Repeat clients, Kelly & Ross and their sons, recently returned from a vacation at a Hard Rock resort.
