✨Exciting news! ✨ We are now partnering with Snow in July Designs to add a little something special to our gift boxes. These wooden ornaments can be chosen as an add on to our holiday gift boxes and 100% of the proceeds will go towards hurricane relief here in WNC! ✨more good news ✨ In light of this new partnership we have decided to extend this year’s gift box program to December 16th!!

Asheville small businesses need your help! Last month, in just the span of a few hours, Hurricane Helene devastated our beautiful mountain town...taking with it our entire tourism industry. As a local tour operator I am seeing first hand not only the devastation to our infrastructure, but also to our economy and the community that relies on it to survive. Our city has already lost billions of revenue in October alone- this translates to thousands of locals currently struggling to make ends meet.

While everyone loves the WNC mountains, I think we can all agree it is the people here who make Asheville what it is. The creatives and the makers and all the amazing locals who put their heart and soul into this beloved town. In order to rebuild Asheville, these are the people we will need to support to make it happen.

That’s why I think it’s important that we rely on each other for help! I am launching a fundraiser to help my fellow business owners who I know are also struggling. For the next two weeks, 50% of all profits from Asheville Detours gift certificates will be converted to donations for local business owners in need.

Looking for a Christmas gift that will benefit a community in need? Know a local Ashevillian who could use a little fun in their life? Looking forward to your own eventual trip to WNC? Our scavenger hunt tours are designed for supporting local businesses and a gift certificate purchase will ensure your dollars directly benefit this cause.
