Kalua Pork Split Pea: Carrot, celery, onion, garlic, organic split peas, shredded pork, chicken stock, pork stock, parsley and chives.

Italian Veggie Lentil: tomato-based vegan vegetable stew loaded with carrot, celery, onion, garlic, zucchini, mushrooms, cabbage, corn, spinach, fresh parsley, basil, oregano and chives.

Entrée of the week: $18
Ginger-sesame-soy glazed beef meatballs served over scallion mashed potatoes and sesame sautéed Asian veggies. Finished with a citrus beurre blanc, McCall’s fresh cilantro and crispy wontons. Enough for two smaller meals.

French Onion: Caramelized onion and garlic simmered in roasted beef bone broth. Finished with fresh parsley, chives and green onion. Served with homemade croutons. SO ono. Limited quantities.

Vegan Tortilla Soup: Simmered onion, celery, carrot, garlic, jalapeno, cilantro, tomato, cumin, chili powder, corn tortilla and lime juice – blended smooth and finished with black beans, green onion, corn and more cilantro.

Entrees:
Lasagna Bolognese: homemade red sauce with ground beef layered with homemade pasta, provolone, mozzarella and parmesan cheeses. Loaded with fresh parsley, basil and oregano. $17

Vegetarian Lasagna: homemade red sauce loaded with carrot, celery, onion, garlic and fresh herbs layered with homemade pasta, McCall’s spinach, sautéed mushrooms, provolone, mozzarella and parmesan. $17

Caesar Salad: we make a rich and tangy Caesar dressing with lots of fresh garlic, anchovies and aged Parmesan Reggiano. Served on the side with McCall’s romaine lettuce, homemade croutons and cherry tomatoes. You toss when it’s time to eat. Enough for one big dinner-sized salad or two side salads $10

Hearty Beef Stew: $7
Big hunks of slow-roasted brisket simmered with carrot, celery, onion, button mushroom and potato in a roasted beef bone broth flavored with rosemary, parsley and thyme. Thickened with a roux.

Entrée: St. Louise Style Pork Ribs $24
We use a sweet and spicy dry rub to slow roast the ribs until tender and falling off the bone, baste them in homemade BBQ sauce and caramelize on the grill. You’ll get 4 meaty ribs served with homemade mac and cheese, baked beans and a small garden salad with ranch dressing on the side.

Chicken Potato Leek: Apparently it’s still soup weather in Volcano and this is a foodie fav: onion, garlic, leeks, shredded chicken breast, roasted chicken stock, potatoes, cream. Thickened with a roux.

Vegan Tortilla Soup: carrot, celery, onion, garlic, tomato, corn tortilla, jalapeno, cumin, oregano, chili powder and coriander – blended smooth with veggie stock and then finished with black beans, whole corn, sautéed bell pepper.

Entrée of the week: $17
Lasagna Bolognese: one of our specialties…..homemade pasta layered with veggie and ground beef tomato sauce with mozzarella, provolone and parmesan cheeses. Make it a meal for two with a Caesar salad!

Pumpkin Coconut Curry: vegan bisque made from carrot, celery, onion, pumpkin, coconut milk, yellow curry, coriander, cardamom, lime juice, palm sugar

Beef Chili: carrot, celery, onion, garlic, tomato, hunks of grilled tri-tip steak, black beans, kidney beans, corn, chili powder, cumin, lime, cilantro

French Onion: we roasted beef bones this week to make this treat. Full of caramelized onions, garlic, chives, slow roasted bone broth. Served with homemade croutons.

Aloha Volcano Foodies!

We will not be in attendance at the Volcano Farmers Market this Sunday, April 28th. We apologize for any disappointment this may cause! Got a few big projects on our plate that need our attention.

Join us next Friday, May 3rd for Cooper Center's annual Cinco de Mayo celebration from 4-7pm! We'll be cooking up taco plates with all the fixings for $15. We hope to see you there!
