Alpha Xi Delta's mission is to inspire women to Realize their Potential, and the Alpha Xi women at the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire are doing just that. From receiving a competitive GPA, to giving back through raising money for the Kindly Hearts Campaign; these ladies are well on their way to reaching this goal.

our amazing Mikayla had the opportunity to go to North Carolina State University to attend The Workout this past weekend! while she was there she learned about various recruitment techniques and processes, met with Alpha Xi’s from all around the country, and got to listen to multiple guest speakers!! we are so proud of her and can’t wait for recruitment in the fall!!
