Here's a perk, you may not have realized about booking a stay at the Cottage. All of the LaVerkin town parades come right down our street, so, if you are lucky enough to be in town during one of the big celebrations, all you have to do is pull out some chairs and you get the perfect vantage point to see all the action and experience the charm of a small-town holiday! @laverkinwf it’s usually the first weekend in December and has so many events and opportunities to get involved. There are also special parades and events in July! Let us know if you need any help picking a special time for your Cottage stay. The Ardella Cottage

Our great Aunt Ardella had this home built in the 1940s and lived there until her death in 2017. This home holds special memories for our family and now we are renovating it to become a place where others can come and enjoy the legacy and love we felt there.
